Cherry Blossom Events, a creative event planning company, founded in 2009 by Sarah Sarbacker, who produces the Christkindlmarket in Paoli. Sarah farms with her husband Joe Sarbacker, their three daughters, and her in-laws, on Fischerdale Holsteins, a small dairy farm just right up the road from Paoli.
Cherry Blossom Events has been trusted to design the weddings of hundreds of couples, from friends next door to professional athletes and elite clientele. As well as countless corporate and non-profit events in the Madison-area. She is an award-winning creative designer who artfully shares stories in an approachable way, embracing any imperfections and masterly creating a beautiful experience executing flawless events.
My Story
The success of this event within the community is personally meaningful as my husband comes from a long lineage of Wisconsin Dairy Farmers who have provided their product to the old Creamery generations earlier. Seven Acre has paid homage to these local farmers and currently uses dairy from my family's farm!
We’re grateful to have received such a positive community response after the announcement in Madison Magazine’s ‘Christmas in July’ campaign for our inaugural year last year, and Paoli’s cover story feature in the July 2023 issue of Madison Magazine.

We saw 20,000 people in 2023 at our Christkindlmarket over our three-day weekend event, and we can't wait to welcome everyone back in 2024!
